[REVIEW] Bbia Last Pen Eyeliner #Red Brown

Hi guys!
So today I'll be reviewing this pen eyeliner that I bought from testerkorea last December. This has been sitting in my folder since forever and I'm not sure why I just found out that I haven't review this yet but I tell you that this is my favourite eyeliner ever since I started using it.

Here's a little details for you;

Brand : Bbia
Type : Pen Eyeliner/Liquid Eyeliner
Color : Red Brown
Where to buy : Testerkorea, BeautyBoxKorea

1x swatch.

I always love brown eyeliner and I probably used about 90% brown eyeliner everyday and it is a must color for my eyeliner. I use black too but not so much or even I just bought one black recently after about a year without black eyeliner. I guess because brown color give me softer look than black liner so that's why I like brown color better on me.

A lot of brown eyeliner out there and I myself have tried so far turns a little darker, almost black on my eyes when I layered them up and I'm looking for something that wouldn't look dark no matter how many layers I applied and I found this.

Originally I was afraid of this Red Brown color turns too red for me but it is not! In fact, I was very pleasant on how the color turns on my eye because it has a little red undertone to it so whenever I layered it up, it won't turn dark but stay to its true color.

Another thing that I like about this eyeliner is that it dries quickly after applying and it doesn't smudge on me no matter how long I wear it. Furthermore, the eyeliner also didn't transfer onto my lid which happen to me with the 3CE eyeliner which you can view it my past review HERE.

The eyeliner is not waterproof but it is the type of eyeliner that when you rub it, it would "flakes" rather than smudge. Do you kind of get it? I'm terrible at explanation but too bad I don't have a picture to show an example of it.

There's also no scent to this eyeliner so no worries.

Overall, I would buy this again for sure and probably try the Burgundy next? coz I'm quite interested on seeing how it turn out on my eyes XD

I rate this:

[REVIEW] Tosowoong Makeon Dual Shaking Lip Tint/Spicy Gloss

Remember that Roserosehop sent me the Tosowoong Makeon Princess Season 3 Gel Eyeliner a while ago? They actually sent me along these three colors of Tosowoong Makeon Dual Shaking Lip Tint as well. I don't have any single idea what "spicy gloss" meant but I guess I do now..haha

Do check out Roseroseshop if you would like to purchase #kbeauty products! They offered wholesale too if you're interested in that and their price is definitely the lowest I've seen so far.

Before the review, here's a little bit about these lip tint;

Brand : Tosowoong
Product : Lip Tint
Volume : 5.7g each
Price : 5000won each or 4.63USD each
Where to buy : Roseroseshop

Out of the three name, idk why Orange is the one that sounds normal? haha

From top : Blood, Vampire and Orange.

These lip tint is actually oil mixed with the tint however it wasn't greasy just like a lot of oil tint however, as I said in my previous review, oil tint and my lip doesn't go well together since it creates uneven color on my lip. I can't even wearing gradient color with this.

After wearing these lip tints continuously for all three colors for lip swatches, my lips literally BURN! It was because of the "spicy gloss" that I was talking about which I guess is a mint(?). It was sooo strong that even after one application, you can already feel the burn so you can imagine me wearing all three T_T However, it doesn't burn forever but it takes time until the burning disappears.

Burning aside, I find that this lip tint makes my lips feels smoother. It feels like my lips is moisturized from all those burns (lol jk) but it definitely my lip lines lessen. It's not sticky at all and it feels plump even after it dries completely. The long lasting is really good as my normal makeup remover can't remove this completely even if I'm rubbing my lips really hard.

The color is really pigmented and it was actually brighter in real life compared to the picture above.
I would note than the vampire lip tint looks a little darker than in picture and my friend said that it was a pretty color. I would think it is pretty but I'll look grungy if I use it as a full lip color.

The lip tint smells a lot like mint chocolate, no kidding but it doesn't taste as good when I try to lick it from my lip since the mint was quite strong, so it's a little bitter(?) I guess?

Overall, aside from the fact that it burns, the lip tint is is quite good considering the pigmentation and long lasting. I would use it if the "spicy gloss" was removed from the formula.

[REVIEW] It's Skin Babyface Oil Drop Tint #01

Hi there!
Today's post will be about this lip tint from It's Skin that were sent to me by Q-Depot.com

They also offered a free shipping service for orders above USD49. Currently the shop offer USD25 cash coupon that can be use once you register an account at Q-Depot.

Brand : It's Skin
Origin : South Korea
Product : Lip Tint
Color : 01

The bottle when shaken.

This is what the lip tint looks on my lip.

I received the color of  #01 which is a red color among the three in total. The lip tint definitely looks red from the bottle and it is actually much pigmented in real.

With just one swipe, I can already see a bright red in color but since oil-based tint always disagree with my upper lip, which it can't present much color on it so gradient lip won't be possible for me because it will only create uneven color. However, when it is applied in full lip like the picture above, it surprisingly looks nice :) although you might still see on  how bright the color on my bottom lip but less red on my upper lip.

The finish will create a shine on lip but not too much I'd say and it definitely doesn't dry out the lips for a few hours after applying. The color might face a little if you drink or eat but it won't disappear completely.

There is a sweet cherry scent to it and it was quite sweet when I licked it..haha
and the removal is quite tough too since the tint stain pretty well on the lip. I suggest using a makeup remover will do.

Overall, I like this lip tint since it doesn't dry out my lip and the color is really bright with only one swipe but since my lip is wrinkly type so the color looks on uneven especially on the upper lip when I tried to do a gradient lip color.

[REVIEW] dear, Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream SPF40,PA++

Hello!
I don't think I've reviewed this BB cream before so I think I'm gonna do a short review on this since I've been digging this BB cream lately, saying goodbye to all my cushions for a while. I actually have this with me for some time now but it has been sitting in my drawer for so long since I'm too infatuated with cushions since it was a quick-to-go makeup. I'm on a break (in sha allah) soon to continue my study so I have all the time now to put on my makeup without having to rush.

Brand : KLAIRS
Volume : 40ml
All Skin Types
Made in Korea
Price : 18.99$ at Wishtrend

With this kind of tube which would not deflate, we never know how much I've used it.

You could say I'm so into dewy complexion lately with a little higher coverage than cushion so this  BB cream is just right for me. With the anti-irritation formula, this BB cream doesn't irritate my skin and even better, it doesn't clog my pores and cause my skin having breakout. That's a yeay!

Moreover, this BB cream creates a natural finish on face and it doesn't look like I'm putting makeup on my face. However, since it came with only one shade, it can be darker or lighter than my skin since my skin color change according to weather.

Since it has a dewy finish, this BB cream can provide moisture to the skin even for dry skin. My skin is combination so I need a little powder on top of my nose, cheek and above my forehead to control the shine.

What's great about this BB cream to someone who had a warm undertone like me is that the cream doesn't have a grey cast to it. It is nice for someone who prefer a natural finish.

I would say that this BB has about medium coverage to it since it covers my pores well and a slight coverage on my dark scars from my acne. Dark eye circles may need more coverage with the support of concealer.

There is a little scent to this BB but I'm not so sure what it actually smells like, not flowery for sure and I just can't describe it. Fret not, it doesn't linger around so you won't smell it after it was applied on face.

Below is my face after a few hours wearing the BB cream, around 4-5 hours(?) and I'd say it doesn't slide off from my face especially on the nose but there's a little crack around the side of my nose and smiling lines which I may need a good primer to combat that.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this BB cream and I never thought I would dig it so much after having this for some time now.

"BHA exfoliant is ideal for treating acne-prone skin, blackheads, enlarged pores, and milia due to its ability to penetrate the oil that’s clogging your pores."

"BHA has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action. That’s two more reasons to use a BHA exfoliant if you have acne or sensitive, reddened skin."

"BHA is preferred for those struggling with rosacea. Not everyone who has rosacea-prone skin can tolerate an exfoliant, but those who can will see reduced redness and smoother skin.  (Salicylic acid’s antimicrobial action also may benefit rosacea because there’s some research suggesting that certain microbes on skin may be causing or contributing to the disorder."

What if your skin is sun damaged and you’re also struggling with acne or clogged pores? In that case, BHA is the ideal choice to address both issues in unison. Better yet, some people find using both an AHA and BHA produces even more dramatic results!
Note: Those allergic to aspirin shouldn’t use a BHA exfoliant because of aspirin’s close relationship to BHA. BHA is salicylic acid, while aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid.

Tips on Getting the Most from Your AHA or BHA Exfoliant

  • AHA and BHA exfoliants work best when applied on clean skin, following your preferred toner.
  • You do not need to wait for your AHA or BHA to dry—you can apply any other product in your routine, such as moisturizer, serum, eye cream, sunscreen, immediately afterwards.
  • Experiment with different strengths of AHA and BHA to see which concentration gives you the best results. Consider adding a "weekly" (higher strength) AHA or BHA treatment when you want to take your exfoliation to the next level.
  • Apply your AHA or BHA exfoliant around the eye area, but not on the eyelid or directly under the eye (along the lower lash line). This can help soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as enhance the penetration of anti-aging ingredients you apply after your AHA or BHA.
  • If you’re using topical prescription products for rosacea or acne, apply the AHA or BHA exfoliant first, and then follow with your medications from lightest to heaviest texture. Some people will find their skin doesn’t tolerate a topical retinoid along with an AHA or BHA, but for others it can provide brilliant results, so it’s definitely worth seeing if this combination works for you.

- source; Paulaschoice.

You may get the gist now after all those notes from PaulasChoice. However, there are also different opinion about BHA or AHA exfoliant is that some says you need to wait until it is dry for 20 minutes or so on your face before you can apply the following product. In my opinion, this is depend on one's skin. In my case, I don't need to wait until AHA exfoliant dries on me because it doesn't effect my skin however I DO need to wait until my BHA dries on skin for a few minutes and then I'll apply the next product. This is because AHA didn't cause tingling sensation on my skin but BHA do.

I also find that this A-sol from COSRX need to be applied moderately if you're first time user and have sensitive skin or acne-prone skin because it might tingle your skin for quite amount of time until you're used to it. My skin requires about a month and more to adapt with the BHA exfoliant until I can't feel any tingling sensation anymore every time I applied this after washing my face.

I already used this for quite amount of time and I would definitely feel that this A-Sol definitely reduce the appearance of sebum on my skin and at the same time it locks the moisture in. The consistency is watery and I don't like using cotton pad because cotton pad soak so much of the product and I feel it is a waste. Usually I would put the liquid on my palm and just patted it on my face until it was absorbed.

Until this date, I don't have sensitive reaction to this product and I do feel that it helps to lessen my redness especially on my cheeks and the reduce the pimples appearance on my face (though I rarely get one now since I found my HG drink and it helps my face 100% free from acne or pimples :D)
and by the way, there is no fragrance in this exfoliant but there is a natural smell which smells like herbs I guess?

Overall, I would recommend this product to everyone who had troubled skin and use moderately if you're a first timer so that it can adapt to your skin before you used them madly like me now XD haha just kidding ;D

[REVIEW] A'Pieu Hair Match Browcara #Milk Brown

Hi guys! Today I'll be reviewing this browcara from A'Pieu which I guess the new repackaged? Not too sure about since the original one suppose to have the pattern on the bottle and the brush wand is slim and straight. Anyway, I just grab it from my latest favourite shop which is BeautyBoxKorea.com! This is not sponsored but in case you guys want to check them out, I wouldtotally recommend it. They're way cheaper than Testerkorea and offered those limited edition that sold in Korea which you can't see a lot of them in Testerkorea.

I decided to purchase this since I'm interested in trying the lighter color of the browcara but not blonde. I've tried a few and mostly I have the dark brown in colour which looks almost black on my eyebrow so I thought why not a change of pace? Who knows it might look good on me? XD

This came without a box but with a safety sticker like you might seen on a lot of Korean brands.

It has dual brush to the wand and I preferred the longer side because it's easy to control the amount.

The left one is the color would like after it has dried and the right picture is the waterproof and rub-proof test I did. It was actually quite good despite I'm rubbing it real hard under the running water.

This is what it looks like on me and honestly I'm lovin' it~!

I chose the #Milk Brown in colour and honestly I didn't expect it to look good on me. I feel like it gives my whole face a youthful and softer look compared to when I'm wearing the Dark Brown in colour. I initially was a bit afraid to choose a light color since it might look weird on me but this one does not. Milk brown is a colour that is more like ashy brown I guess, since it is not too dark and not too light like a lot of blonde browcara.

The browcara dries really fast on me which makes it easy for a quick makeup. It does makes the hair stays neatly throughout the day. There's also no noticeable smells to it either.

As you might seen in the above picture, this browcara have dual wand brush which a shorter and the longer side. Honestly I don't know what's the function that they make it like that but I like the longer side better since it is easy to control the amount of the liquid onto my eyebrow. The shorter side might be tricky to use and I can't control the amount I brush the liquid onto my eyebrow with this side so I usually use the shorter part to apply roughly and brush it off with the longer side.

I don't have much to say about this since it's a great browcara to me. It last long, kept my eyebrow hair in place and the best is that it looks great on me :D <3 I do recommend this browcara since it is a lot cheaper in price than a lot of browcara and the quality is nice too :)
