Today, I'll be reviewing this beauty supplement from De Beauty. Hishop sent me a few sachets to try for this latest beauty supplement from Japan, Nutri Bifidus!

What did De Beauty Reborn Nutri Bifidus do?

• Within 3 minutes eliminate 20g fat
• 1 day blocks 500 calories

I was sent 7 sachets in total to try out by HiShop. 7 sachets means that it is for a week supplement. However, I don't take this everyday as it might cause me trouble in class, lol (It's not nice for a girl to go to toilet that frequently..haha). I do take this on weekend + public holidays so I can go to toilet as much as I can at home XD

My first impression is of course the look, smell and the taste of this supplement. I'm okay with green colour, a very green at that but I'm still not use to the smell nor the taste until the last sachets. It smells really sweet, that's no problem but it also smells grassy ( I don't know how to explain this) and that's equal to the taste. I usually finish up the whole drink is one chug without breathing..lol. So I usually don't put much water into the glass, about half of the glass coz it doesn't matter how much water you put in it. I took the easy way to drink it in one chug.

For the first time taking this, I do feel the urge to go to toilet frequently but this would decrease a little as my stomach get used to the supplement. I love how I feel really light every time I secrete all the fats I have in my body. My cravings is slightly decrease as well as I don't feel like munching something when I feel bored.

My skin also looks glowy after I woke up from sleep and my pores were slightly shrink too. I wish I can take it continuously to get rid of this oil as much as I want and reduces the stubborn belly!

Do take note that you'll feel the urge to go to toilet after 8 hours. I don't really think that it would follow the exact time as the descriptions says but it really does! I was surprised coz I calculated the time. It is so convenient to me as I can plan on what time I should drink this so that it won't disturb my sleep.

Overall, I don't see major changes as this supplement should be taken 8 weeks continuously to see bigger result. I might as well purchased this myself later (semester break!lol)

[REVIEW] TruDtox Botanical Tea Blend

Hi! Today I'll be reviewing this detox tea sponsored by HiShop. It is the BESTSELLING PRODUCT WATSONS 2008. No senna, no dependency. This is my second time trying detox tea/supplements after Clenz. I do not take this daily because I have classes on daily basis so it wouldn't be great if I have to go to toilet that often..haha

I got total 17 sachets.

This is what the tea bag looks like. You can re-use this for 2-3 times.

After soaked for 30 minuted with hot water (I usually use hot water but preferably if you can use warm water instead)

This review would be based on three different person which I've tested with my own family members. The three of them shows different results are drinking the tea. All of the testers consumed the tea at night.

First person, normal weight, casually do exercise and male. The first day he drank the tea, he said that he does not have any stomach ache for the following day nor he had to go to toilet. The second day, with one gap, he drank the second cup of tea, he said that he only go to toilet once on the day. 

Second, a bit overweight, not exercising at all and female. The first day she drink the tea, she had to go to the toilet about 3-4 times on the next day. The second day, without gap, she drank the tea at night and right away got stomach ache after 1 hour, somewhat released green faeces(sorry, I really have to mention this). The third day drinking the tea, she got stomach ache the next day with 1-2 times going to toilet.

Third, normal weight, not exercising and female. The first day she drank the tea, she had to go to the toilet for about 1-2 times the next day. 

The tea tastes like Chi kit teck aun pills like the first person tells me. I never eat the pills so I'm not really sure. I don't like the smell but it really smells like herb, a pretty strong one. I usually don't put much water for the tea coz I want it black and it is so much easier to finish a cup XD

I regularly took this on Hari Raya ( rendang, ketupat, lemang and all). Those were pretty heavy foods and usually will cause me breaking out pimples. Well, with this, I don't breaking out at all and I feel so much lighter even I eat so much of the day.

It is advisable to soak the tea for about 20 - 30 minutes but sometimes I oversoak it and the results were pretty the same but I suggest you to follow the instructions better.

Overall, it is normal if you have stomach ache on the next day as it is detoxing all of your body's toxic. This is much gentler than Clenz coz it doesn't cause diarrhea nor it hurts.

[REVIEW] Fairy Beauty Life Food - Sponsored by HiShop

Last month I've been sent a really huge + a pink box from HiShop containing a few beauty supplement products from Fairy Beauty. It kind of surprise me because I don't really know what will they send this time.

I'll be reviewing the first product from the box and that it Fairy Beauty Life Food. This is similar to Herbalife or Shaklee if you want a reference.

Just in the right time that I planned to lose weight..hehe

 This is first time I've seen almost organic supplements.

The powder is in very light purple and it smells nice too :D

This supplement should be taken before any meal and I usually took this once a day before lunch.

2-3 table spoons with 200ml of warm water each time. Just to note that the powder will dissolve easier if you use warm water instead of hot water. I've tried a few times with hot water and it cause lumps of powder not dissolving but to say that lumps are normal for these types of food supplement. Most of the time it will appear and I just have to stir it a bit harder to break the lumps.

I could say that the texture almost similar Nestum or what would you call it?Wheat cereal isn't it?

But that is according to amount of water you mix in. I usually doesn't measure up the water so most of the time it will turn out just like the wheat cereal. I preferred less water because it'll taste slightly sweet.

For the first time I open up the lid, there is a subtle scent of sweet, like lavender or blueberry scent to it which smells really nice but you won't smell this after the powder has been dissolve it the water.

I've tried for 2 weeks by now ( not regular, because I seem to forgot sometimes ) and I notice that my belly is not as bloated as before I took this supplement. Another thing that I notice is I do go to toilet for a few times a day but sometimes, there's none per day.

Because this is consume before a meal, I've taken lesser quantity of food in a meal. I'm not much of a big eater but with this, I eat a little lesser than usual. Not that I'm complaining..haha.. I guess this slightly make me full without me realizing that.

Overall, I pretty much like this supplement. Aside from taking care of my weights, the ingredients are pretty much for the skin as well. That's why I notice my skin is pretty glowy nowadays..hehe

[REVIEW] HiShop Fairy Beauty - Fairy Whitez

Today, I'll be reviewing this supplements from Fairy Beauty which is sent to me by HiShop.my :D

Before that, I would like to apologize for the unseemly looking box. There are a few bottles broke during the delivery to my box and I was sent with three boxes to try and I could say that every box is damaged and the total bottles that broke are 8 and that means almost a box. I did contact their representative but oh well, I didn't heard anything until today :( . It's okay though, at least I got to try them :D

I took 2 bottles a day on the first two weeks and a single bottle on week 3.It doesn't matter on how much bottles you took a day but for me, the reason I took 2 bottles per day because I want to see the results immediately :)

I really wanted to try this Fairy Whitez for sometime and I'm really glad that HiShop sent me three boxes to try them out! Much excited when the parcel arrives but blame the delivery that caused a few bottles to broke and I can't continue to consume them in the fourth week :(

I tried the Fairy Blossom previously and I could tell that they tasted almost the same. Probably because both contain the same berry ingredient :) The texture is thick and the 22ml bottle can easily gone in a few seconds..haha

Flavour is okay, I don't particularly have problem with that coz it tasted like smashed berries..:D

For the results, I actually did not see much improvements in the first week but I did saw that my face looks brighter in the second week!I used to have dull skin and even whitening products alone can't easily improve them for a long term.

My favourite part would be the effect of the supplement on my pimples and acne! My face can easily breaking out(that's for sure) and I think by taking this supplement, I hardly get any noticeable pimples or acne and the scars also ligthten especially on my cheeks. I don't have a proof picture to show but it really works for me!

As per improving wrinkles, I actually don't have much noticeable wrinkles on my face yet but there are fine lines especially on my under eye and forehead. I could tell that it does nothing on my forehead but since my face looks like it contains enough water, the under eye fine lines did improve slightly along with the dark circles. The reason why it can't improve so much is maybe because I don't have a proper sleeping time and a lot of time are spent in front of my laptop screen so that also can be one of the factor.

Sorry for different lighting. I just want to show how my under eyes looks like before using this Fairy Whitez and after using it for three weeks. 

Note : I put on serum for the after picture so it might affect the result a little bit.

[REVIEW] HiShop - Crazy Rumors & Yes! Nurse

Hey guys! So this time I'll be reviewing the monthly HiShop box I got. I supposed to be posted this on September 11 but I got too busy and I only got to prepared a few post in my short holiday.

HiShop box's color is a bit different this time as it's more to mature pink!lol..I love them! In fact, everyone in the house were fussing about the box!haha

Anyway, I'll be reviewing these two products which is Crazy Rumors Lip Color in HibiKiss and Yes!Nurse Hand Cream - the name are so extravagant.

I believe these two were not from Malaysia as I never really heard about them before!

So first, review for the hand cream!

I'm so happy when I open the box because there are so many cute note written on every part!hehe..So I decided to capture all those notes..keke

I've tried the hand cream and the first I notice is the strong medicinal smells of the hand cream. Sorry to say that I dislike the smell so much because it makes me feel uncomfortable. Though the packaging is cute but a good smell also would be among my most important criteria.

BUT..the smell won't linger that long or if it does, it won't be as strong as the first applies.

Second, does it moisturise? Oh yes.!It is so light that I almost can't fell anything.. :D

Restore/Repair? I'm not sure because I don't really have anything on my hand to repair..lol

Though I said that, I still will love this! Who knows later if I got scars? It might works :D

 ooopsie..it pops out the second I use it..*sigh*

I thought it was a normal lip balm but it turn out to had a nice smell.

I believe HibiKiss is - Hibiscus Kiss?lol

I don't really know how did hibiscus smells like because I already found a lot of hibiscus here but none of them actually had a smell..haha..except the leafy smell..

Anyway, this lip color really smells sweet :)

It moisturise my lips pretty good and it gives a little hint of light pink.

The lip balm also had these sparkly shimmer in them which is not really my cup of tea.

But overall, it is cute, slim(which I rarely found),100% natural and good for a quick apply :D
