My Althea Haul feat Carbonated mask, Eyebrow Tattoo & My Little Nut

Hi guys!
Today I'll be sharing my haul with Althea that arrived about two weeks ago :D
I wanted to write a new review on them but all the photos I took looks uninteresting to my eyes since I left blogging for a while. Anyway, I'll try to take new photos of them and review the products ASAP.

In this haul, I only spent about RM30+ something I guess from RM250+ the original price since Althea always had these continuous coupons and vouchers you can get from their facebook or coupon/vouchers site. I definitely saves a lot there!

There's a lot of interesting products in this haul that I randomly picked since I wanted to try them such as the Onsaemeein Carbonated Mask Pack, Kocostar V Line Hydrogel Chin Pack, Secret Key Tattoo Eyebrow Tint Pack, It's My Eye Maker and Secret Key Miracle Contouring Stick.

I obviously had tried the Kocostar V Line Hydrogel Chin Pack before taking this picture and since I don't plan on writing a lengthy review for it alone, so I would say that this is definitely not working for me. It hurts my ear so bad, it feels like it is about to fall off since the mask required at least 25 minutes to be worn and the material itself was not made to be stretchy..so you could definitely imagine that.

The carbonated mask feels so funny when applied on face since it is carbonated and it feels like something moving on your face..0.0

The tattoo eyebrow could be my latest favourite! I always thought that the peel off thingy would hurt especially on bushy brows like me so I don't really wanted to try it out and it turns out it doesn't feel anything when I peeled it off with this *thumbs up*

It's My Eye Maker is actually a double eyelid maker which also works as glue for falsies. My double eyelid wasn't aligned on both eyes and the right one is a little lower than the other side which would make my eyeliner application differs on both eyes to make it look symmetrical. I have seen people saying about on how to make your eyelid changed is by using these type of stick or maybe the eyelid sticker. I've tried the sticker type that it basically hurts my eyes so I want to give this a chance.

The Secret Key Contouring Stick is actually grey-ashy tone and I don't know why they made it like that..dislike the color on the spot.

If you read my blog long enough, you must have never seen me talking about sunscreen since I used to hate it. I've tried a few from Biore and it doesn't hook me up until I've tried the Etude House Sun Blind Cushion. That thing is bomb but it had one downside which is it dries up so fast and I only used it about a month. Not worthy of the price. However, this Calmia sunblock is cheaper, like RM21 per 50ml tube, waterproof and give my face a glow (Yas!)

The Jill2 24HR serum is my ultimate favourite too! It's cheap (about RM28, when I bought it), it doesn't break me out and it gives abundant moisture to my face without being sticky nor too heavy for me.

Missha eyeshadows is like super soft when applied on eyes and I love it! The colors are pigmented and the glitter doesn't fall out either :D

I haven't tried the Choosy Lip Pack but gonna try out soon! The It's My cushion puff is my favourite too. It's cheap and I used it to blend in my sunscreen since I don't like touching my face that much. The Etude House mascara is on between, I like it lengthen my eyelashes but I hate the fact that it contain fibers that flew around my face T_T
The Nine Point Lavender hand cream is a gift maybe since I don't really purchase that in my haul.
There's hidden Missha under eye concealer somewhere in the box which I didn't realize it..haha

That's all, I'm waiting to do another multiple hau since I'm running out of my skincare and I don't even know on how I would review all of them then XD

Thank you for reading :)

[REVIEW] Althea Superfood Box!

Hey guys!

It's been a long time isn't it? My last post is in October and honestly my blogging skill is a little rusty now but I decided to spend a little time away from studying for my finals and blog instead :)

As you might have seen that I've posts a ton of Althea review before and you should already knew on how good they were in terms of pricing, shipping and box packaging! Even though I'm not really active since the past months, they are so generous of sending me a few boxes and I feel bad for not doing reviews as soon as possible since they never asked any!

For those who have stayed with Althea for over a year now, you might have known that they launch their beauty boxes recently. One of the theme box is this SUPERFOOD BOX! Basically, this box contain a few Korean beauty products that uses food-based ingredients in their product and by purchasing this box for RM138, you can save a LOT of money rather than buying individual products.

These are the products that you'll get in this box:

However, this box set is out of stock now(Oh noo!) but you can still choose the other beauty box that they have and for holiday 2016, they are four different kinds of beauty box that you can choose!

Visit:

or you can download the ALTHEA APP on Google Play or App Store and use code "MOBFIRST30" and received RM30 off RM100! (Only available for first mobile purchase)

Using whatever backdrop I have with me right now..haha

I...really...love this body mist! It smells really good, not sure if it's smells like Blackberry to me but I will be using this whenever I need something that smells nice on me but not perfume..haha

It feels a little cooling on the skin and the fragrance of the mists will last for hours! Look on how much I've sprayed on considering that I just received this recently.

This cleanser is huge and it only costs RM14 on Althea now! How cheap is that??!
I always stayed with my current face wash and I could say that this face cleanser is like everything to me now. It is soo gentle and thick! I can feel that my skin is brighten on every wash and at the same time it doesn't stripe off my skin's moisture! I can say that this will last really long because I only need a little on every wash.

Sadly I haven't tried this yet since I didn't get a chance to however there's something unique with this toner is that there are white flakes(?)...no no no..not white flakes, my bad. It's like an essence in white color which you need to shake the bottle before using .It was quite similar to COSRX pore minish serum or the OXY Powder lotion where it has those residue at the bottom that you need to shake the bottle before using.

This! Everyone already knew on how good the Innisfree green tea collection and honestly this is just as great. Feels soooo light on the skin and the green tea fragrance is just everything. It gives my skin plenty of moisture since I don't need much because I'm combination to oily and I'm prone to breakout with heavy moisture and this is just perfect!

Can anybody agree with me on how pretty and simple the bottle is? I rarely tried the Korean bath products but I want to say that I'm impressed with this shower gel. The liquid is colorless and it produced lesser foam which means there is less SLS or none at all which I can't confirm for you. It smells really nice and stays on for some time :)

The name "Cool Cool Mon" is already sounds very cute to me and the mask itself feels so nice on the skin! Can you see the tiny black dots in the tube? I thought it would feel gritty but I guess it would just disappear when you smear the mask on your face. The mask itself is very moisturising and when it dries, it doesn't feels tight on the skin until the next day I woke up. A little of this goes a loooong way! It is easy to spread on the face since it is so light! I hope it did slow my aging tho..haha

Awwww, how cute is this thing???! It's the Skinfood Lip Scrub and it's the cutest thing I have now..haha ..I can't tell you the verdict since I just opened it (sorry for this half-assed review) but I really don't have the chance to try it yet T_T I've tried it and honestly I'm not sure if this is what exactly? It feels like tiny sugar but when I try washing it up, there's like a wax-like lip balm feels which drags around when I'm wiping it out...and I didn't like it. The scrubs doesn't do well on scrubbing my lips since my lips forms dead skin cells like a lot!So it doesn't feel enough to remove all of that. The only thing that I like is that it leaves my lips moist after washing.

Surprisingly, I did test this one out for a few times (just look at those ugly plastic pattern..haha)
It smells really strong once you remove the bar from the box, it's like gingery lemon I guess(?)
and the bar is easy to foam up my hair and leaves it squeaky clean. However, I don't like the fact that this makes my hair feels rough after washing if I didn't conditioned it (I'm lazy so that's why)
Later, it will be harder to brush my hair since it will stuck to each other and it feels reaaaaalllllyy dryyy. I don't recommend this to those who are used to shampoo+conditioner type of person since this will basically made your life harder..haha

Anyway, thanks for reading! I'll make sure I'll go through this hellish finals and do a lot more reviews posts soon!

xoxo Mizu

[HAUL] Althea Birthday Kbeauty Haul

Hey guys!

As you might have known (if you followed me on insta or my fb page), last month was the Althea.kr First Birthday Celebration and me, as one of the first Althea collab blogger feels excited that they have came a long way now :) So as for their birthday celebration, I did a haul with them but it was too bad that it was right after I made a kbeauty order so I didn't get much for this haul :(

Initially I wanted the new Laneige BB cushion however it was sold out at Althea at the time I made this order so I just picked random products to try. Most of these items are usually the one that I would not buy for my Kbeauty haul but it is interesting to have them once in a while :D

Althea frequently have special box for their events and this time it's the birthday box! (It's sold out now) but you will still get the Althea pink box every time you order with them :)

The birthday kit on the right came in with the box and they still have the giveaway going on for that :D

All the items I ordered.

My mom always said that I neglect my hair too much so when I saw this I thought of why not try it. I didn't care much about my hair before because it's short and my hair was in pretty good condition. However, I started to grow my hair about the end of the last year and it's a problem since then and it is the hair fall..T_T

As you might seen, I already used the hair vinegar and I can say that it smells heavenly <3 It did made my hair softer but it did nothing for my hair fall problem. I also noticed that it tangled my hair if I don't brush it after applying the vinegar and tangl-y hair wasn't even a problem for my hair in the first place. I'm not sure if I would recommend this because I only like the smell, so probably won't be repurchasing this.

My sponge that I have were already damaged so I needed a new one. Some asked if the sponge were comparable with Beauty Blender or Real Technique which I can't tell since I never tried any from those brand coz I rarely use sponge to begin with. It's just recently I've been liking the Klairs Blemish Cream and thought the sponge works great for applying the BB cream. So far it applies nicely on me and I love it.

I also think that I might need the lip brush so I picked one from It's My brand. It's the auto lip brush which you can retract the brush. However, I actually didn't use it that much as I thought I would be XD

The Air Magic Puff from Innisfree Hankie Limited Edition. I thought I just need one as backup and guess what, right after this order arrived, a lot of my air sponge tear off while I'm washing them and it feels like they knew that I have a new air puff XD

I probably hadn't realize that I have so many primers untouched but I still picked one to buy. I have reviewed the Innisfree No Sebum Blur Primer with comparison with the original one HERE in case you want to read it.

I always wanted the Innisfree Creammellow Lipstick and when I saw the No.10 Latte color, I thought it would be a great brown for me but sadly, it is not a brown at all..more like dim brick red I'd say?

I already had the eye cream from Tony Moly that I'm trying but it's not hurt to add another one so I picked the Skin & Lab Don't Worry Wrinkle anddd it was the most disappointing purchase evah! It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dry after the liquid evaporated and made my under eye wrinkles stick to each other! wut?! I would not recommend this to anyone so don't buy it. Don't even think of wasting your money on this.

I thought I might need more mascara in my collection so I add the Missha 4D mascara. It was an okay mascara but when the bristles touches my eye when I suddenly blinked, it hurts so bad..lol
It was cheap so....

Overall, I recommend you to check out Althea for more interesting stuffs and affordable price. They have a lot of interesting kbeauty brands in list and what's great is that you get their pretty pink box for every purchase and free shipping for over RM150 order :D

Thank you for reading :D

[REVIEW] Testerkorea Real Tester : MISSHA Lighting Tone Up Base SPF30/PA++

Hi there!

I've been chosen as the testerkorea's first real tester and they sent me three items to try in total! I'm so excited to share my experience with you for all these three products so there will be three review posts today!

As you might know, I've been testerkorea lover since forever and I always got my Korean beauty products from them since they offered affordable price which I can't get at any other shops. If you haven't try testerkorea, do your first purchase now, HERE and pssttt..they also give various samples!

These are a little details about this product;
Brand : Missha
Net Weight : 20ml
Production : Made in Korea
Colors : Mint(the one that I reviewed today), Peach and Violet.
Price : 7920 won
Where to buy : HERE

Simple and pocket size product.

It is very easy to squeeze out the products so make sure you're careful when squeezing it out.

The reason is why I chose mint (green) is that this color can cancel out any redness on the face.

I'm not sure if the difference it obvious in this picture but I can clearly see that it cancel out my redness a little bit and makes my skin looks brighter after it was blended.

The cream itself is so light that I can't even feel anything on face after it was blended. Also, I'm not too sure if they add anything mint in it coz it feels a little cool on face when I put the cream on. However it does goes away after it was blended.

It does have a little flowery fragrance to it and it does smell familiar to me but I can't remember what it is. Too bad I didn't found any full translated ingredients on the box, so, sorry for that.

Aside from cancelling and brightening my face, I also feel that this is a good base when my skin feels a little dry because this feel hydrating on the face and does make my makeup last longer.

If you would like to see the full face of me wearing this as a base makeup, lookout to the next post, Waterking Cover Cushion review :)

Overall, it's a nice base if you're looking for a hydrating base that will help to make your skin looks healthier :)

I rate this;

[REVIEW] Missha Waterproof Drawing Eye Pencil #Roasting Coffee

Hi guys!

Today I'll be reviewing this eye pencil from Missha, which is also one of their latest collection. When I was browsing W2Beauty to shop, I saw this pencil as new arrival and after looking through, I said that I would give this a try since the poster ad looks amazing. There are a few colors in this collection and honestly I wanted them all!haha

This pencil is my current favourite and I used this every single time when I'm out because it is just awesome for a makeup noob like me XD..I saw a few of instagram photos about the Korean smoky trend eyes which kind of look glowy on the lid and subtle in colors(mostly brown, yellowy-orange, subtle burgundy) so I really wanted to recreate that look for myself since it looks so pretty!

Name : Waterproof Drawing Eye Pencil
Brand : Missha
No. of colors : 10
Duration of use : 12 months after opening
Production : Made in Korea
Price : £ 6.91 each
Where to buy : W2Beauty

Note : This pencil liner didn't contain any glitter, the glitter that appear in this picture was because I touch a glittery eyeshadow and the fall outs are everywhere.

Left picture : The darker one is by the pencil and the lighter one is smudge by the brush provided.

Right picture : Rubbed the pencil under warm tap water.

Here I used the pencil as eyeliner and smudge it throughout my eyelid using the brush at the other end. My makeup technique is awful, I bet you guys can do better than this. ;)

I chose "Roasting" Coffee" since it was the perfect color that I was looking for as an eyeliner. I do have a few that had similarities with this color before but they either came with glitter or it wasn't an auto liner, which means it was those kind of woody pencil.

Auto eyeliner is the greatest invention out there for eye pencil coz there's no sharpening of the "wood" with mess and cause the liner breaks for 100000 times. Yep, been there, done that.
Although this auto liner do have their own sharpener or called "tip sharpener" which specializes on sharpening the tip for precise application, I didn't bother to use it for this Missha eye pencil. It is because I mainly use the liner to be smudge later so I didn't think sharpening would be any useful for that. However, if it is used for eyelining, then the sharpener would be useful (though I didn't do that, just straight away applied it on my eyes XD)

The texture of pencil is really smooth and it glides easily on the eyes. However it's not the type that melt easily when hot nor breaks easily. I was quite happy about that since my makeup easily melts. T_T

I was actually didn't believe the "waterproof" thing when I first try them. Since my eyelid had multiple folds, I always had trouble with creasing for most of eye makeup out there and primer didn't make a difference either. So I thought this would crease easily since the texture is smooth and glides on the eyelid easily. I also had an oily eyelid and that wouldn't look great for smudging or it'll be a mess. But, the thing that surprised me the most is this pencil is really waterproof! Even with my oily eyelid, it stays on nicely on a long day and creasing is almost none. I only encounter one time creasing, which I'm not sure why but most of the time, it didn't crease at all.

Another thing that I notice is this eye pencil works best on greasy(?) eyelid. Umm..not greasy I mean but something moisturizing on the eyelid because it will make the color looks smooth and glowy. That was also the thing that I was going for. In the above picture, it might not show but in real, it does.

The brush that came with the pencil is very useful. I can be both eyeliner brush and also smudging brush which I think it does a really good job! The bristles are really smooth and kinda wet(?) and it picks up the product easily.

The only downward of this eyeliner is that it won't work on creamy shadows. If you applied on the creamy shadows before using this pencil, it won't work at all.

Lastly, my advice is that you have to work fast if you want to smudge it because after it kind of dry, it won't budge anymore. I really recommend this to everyone especially to makeup beginner who would like to achieve kinda "smoky" eyes without causing mess :D

I rate this:

W2Beauty Haul - A personal online Kbeauty with super positive reviews!

Hi guys! Today I'll be sharing with you the haul that I made with Alive from W2Beauty. Some of you might have known W2Beauty, an online Korean beauty shop owned by Alice. Alice herself manage the shop and she is the one that done all the buying in case there is order request came in. You can find a lot of Korean beauty products that is hard to get on the other shops especially if it was only sold by limited edition. Go check out w2beauty.com or @alicew2beauty on Instagram and W2beauty on facebook. By the way, I intended to review all these items individually later in different posts.

These are basically the products that I chose and the rest of them are samples :)

First item : Innisfree Jeju Sparkling Mineral Essence Rich (Price: 20.48 GBP)

I read the interview with Alice and she said "sparkling" products were quite popular this year so I saw this essence by Innisfree and think that I wanted to try this. It surprises me since this is a mousse-like essence and it's very moisturising!

Second item: HERA Age Reverse Cushion SPF 38/PA++ (Price: 45.62 GBP)

This cushion is like the most expensive item in this haul and it is priced at US71.80. I like the 'high-end' feels it gives and the packaging itself is very sleek. I actually have been eyeing this since I watched urbanwit's video and she says that this is a very good cushion in terms of coverage since most cushion doesn't provide much cover. However, because of some reason, I'm unable to use this and I'm planning to sell it T_T If anyone interested in buying this, please let me know. The condition is 100% good and I haven't open it yet. Do mail me at marvelikalife@gmail.com ;)

I think this is one of the newest released from Missha. I saw the advertisement poster where it was applied as the eyeliner and smudged to get the smoky brown look and I thought it was very pretty. The thing that surprised me is that I didn't notice that it came with a smudge brush at the other end which is quite cool to me.

Fourth item: Tony Moly Liptone Get It Tint in 01 Pink Ming (Price : 7.13 GBP)

The name itself  is quite funny since "Get It Beauty" programs is like popular all over, a lot of of company is trying to use the "get it" name, lol. Anyway, I've watched a review of this tint on youtube, a Thai review if I'm not mistaken and she swatches all the colors of this tint. One thing that I remembered she said that this tint is a combination of Peripera Ink Tint + Aritaum Color Lasting Tint which made me put this on the cart right away. However,  a disappointment when I tried it myself that this is doesn't even close to Peripera's Ink Tint at all T_T. Did I got tricked? haha...

Fifth item: Clio Tinted Tattoo Kill Brow #01 (Price: 16.02 GBP)

This tattoo brow is quite popular here nowadays and everyone seems to be promoting it as a good item and I actually didn't want to try it because of the tattoo thing. I preferred the color to be washed away after all but after a while, maybe I should give this a shot to see if I like it. The package came to me with the two small size of Clio Lipnicure Glass. Tried the brow tattoo the other day but was not so sure if I wear it wrong or else since it doesn't leave any color behind when I washed my face (???)

These are all the samples that Alice sent me! Actually there is an A'pieu Marker Tint as well which I forgot to include in this picture as the samples she sent me. I never ever received this much samples with the other shops that I usually bought with. She is soooo generous, omg! <3

Anyway, that's all with my short haul + review. Make sure to check out w2beauty website, w2beauty facebook and @alicew2beauty on instagram for offers, events and more!

Thank you for reading :)
