[REVIEW] Holika Holika Bulgarian Rose Eye Cream

I've been using eye cream since I was 19(that was last year..lol)
and I never stop using it since then becoz I read few pros said that we start aging in 20 so basic care like this may be needed and plus,my dark circle is start to get bad so it instigate me to use the cream earlier.

I got this from my first visit to Holika Holika Malaysia few months back since they had promotions going on also the Jung Il Woo contest and I did intend to join so I spent hundreds in the shop. One of the item I got is this wallah expensive eye cream..>_<

Since I was a kid, every local drama/story always said that rose smells good etc..but I actually never smell a real one so i thought it would smell really good as the beautiful flower. However, when I first smelled a rose few years back, I thought to myself : I didn't like the smell.

I don't know how people classify the smell as a good one but I dislikes it very much and after I got my first rose mask last year from Skin79, and that was a long time since I first smell a rose..I think it smells good..
(❁´◡`❁)*✲゚*

I guess my smell sense did change after all.. (¬‿¬)
and the story goes by..I got this eye cream becoz of the smell....and also I like the texture and packaging..

Isn't that pretty? ヾ(´▽`;)ゝ

I already used this and the amount is quite generous.

When I first try this in the store, I think the cream is quite good. It is almost similar to gel and it absorbs pretty well. I'm looking for a light one that can moisturize my eyes overnight. Means that it won't dry up even after I woke up in the morning.

This turns out really good coz it moisturize so well that I expected. I think it must be because of the Rose Essentila Oil that included in the ingredient that make sure my eyes won't dry out for a long time.

For the dark circle parts, my under eye also improve~yeay~banzaii..ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ
Although the results is not overwhelming but at least I'm satisfied that it works for the very least!

But for wrinkles problem, there maybe no progress in the part. Maybe because this cream didn't target to that properties.

The down thing about this cream that it is come in a glass packaging with no spatula. Honestly, I prefer the tube packaging for eye cream but since this looks elegant and beautifully design..I care not..

Sorry because I didn't show my eye bag transformation to you..but this really works for me~O(≧▽≦)O

[REVIEW] Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner

chip~chip~
hellow there people~

*blow up the dust* It's been almost a month since I've blogged..I guess I almost forgot..hahaxD
blame K and Sket Dance..also lots of mangas coz I'm too immersed with them..lol

anyway, today's review is for the all time popular Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner.
This isn't a new product of course and the lame me just tried them 3 months ago since I ran out my toner that time and surprisingly this bottle is not dried up yet. I thought it wouldn't be enough till 3 months since I used a lot of toner daily.

I captured this perfectly! *thumbs up for me* lol

Too lazy to type out the ingredients.I hope you can see them.

So cute isn't it?

This is the smaller version. The bigger version is 500ml with a pump. I bought this one because I just wanted to try this out first to tell if it is working for me or not.

I actually took the photos 2 months ago and I wanted to show you the before and after photos after using them but I gradually lost interest in doing so when time passed by..I need more motivation..*punch myself*

Reading a lot of blogs which had interest in beauty, I found this products is overly popular among them so I tell myself that I need to try this too! So I bought one of course.

3 months after using this, I can see up and down of the products. I guess I might not be buying this again. It's not like it's not good but most of the time, this isn't work for me. But my first impression of this product is that i love it.I love the smell and I love how it works on my face. It has a bread pudding smell..lol..idk if you know how bread pudding smell but it does to me..

For the first month, I can see that my pore is smaller because the oil on my face decrease and it moisturize my skin well. However, starting on the second month, I realize that this freshner becoming stickier by day and it really bothers me a lot. Also my pores aren't really small after each use.

But I didn't stop using this. I decrease the amount I used each day and it still works in moisturize my skin :D

Overall, this is not too bad, it's just I wanted and still finding the most suited for my face. That's all.

P/s : the results may vary for every person. i had a very oily face and the weather here is very hot.

[REVIEW & TUTORIAL] Kanebo KATE Gel Eye Shadow in BR-1 and KATE Real Create Eyes in BU-1

Yesterday I posted the review for PK-1 and I'm diligently doing another one last night..I mean taking pictures and all so I'm going to post another tutorial for this shades.

I actually wanted to blog about the concert I went last Saturday,of course it's Big Bang concert! But I need time to sort out everything since I'm still not in the mood to write a long blog post yet and I haven't finished my withdrawal syndrome in my facebook so yeah it would be another time :D

and pssst..I just know that today is Friday!omg..I don't know what exactly I've been doing all this week..maybe I'm too immersed reading manga everyday..lol

So yeay, I got two of this! The left one is given by KATE and the right one, I bought it myself~

Pretty palette.I took a lot of time to choose the colors..I should get the green one too!

The price attached. Although I'm using the RM10 KATE voucher, but it still expensive..lol
The palette got 10% sales now and I don't understand why the Sasa workers ask me to choose whether to use my voucher or used the 10% sales! It's clearly said in the voucher that the item that got 10% sales also applicable for the voucher! They're tricking me!erghh

Anyway,this time I labelled the palette..hehe :D

The colors is pretty pigmented..you can see it yourselves.

I thought I'll use different technique for this tutorial and I'll include this gel eyeshadow I got as a base color.
Basically I don't think it is a gel(?) because the texture is not like gel at all..It is greasy(?) I'm horrible at describing things..really..

The palette is pretty chic, right?

Glitters~~yeay~~

So I made another tutorial for this eyeshadow including the gel eye shadow too!Hope you like it~

The final result!I think the colors shows up better than PK-1 but both are definitely great eyeshadows!
The gel eye shadow also great since it doesn't really make the eye shadows crease..

Definitely re-purchase!
See my review of the palette here

[REVIEW & TUTORIAL]Kanebo KATE Real Create Eyes in PK-1

Hey guys~!
I'm going to review Kanebo KATE Real Create Eyes in PK-1 which I got from Sasa Giveaway last time.
I actually bought the BU-4 shades recently because I really love this eyeshadow!

You basically can found this brand in Watson and Sasa (i'm not really sure about Guardian but I think they had this brand too)..Before this I've taken no like to this brand becoz their booth is always so messy and had less product too.Maybe it was the Watson's fault that did not update the booth and the workers are always prefer to sit a group and start gossiping (opps xD)<--this may apply to the one that I used to drop by.

But last time I went to redeem my KATE voucher at Sasa and I was staring at all products since their booth is so nice and chic!(That's why Sasa is the most expensive place too!lol)

So here is the color range. I also take a look at other KATE eyeshadows too and I found out that the most line had pretty the same colors in each palette. That might be some policies of their brand I think.

This is what the palette looks like. It may be simple in design and they used plastic for the packaging but it is already looks chic to me =)

I'm glad that they did not change the packaging box when sold outside Japan. I'm happy to see all these words despite not understands anything but there...

MADE IN JAPAN

So yeshhh!haha

They included the instruction too.It is actually pretty confusing so I've done research on the correct ways to do it. I've included a tutorial for your convenience ^_^

I originally thought that this an earthy-color type but it is actually pink shade. The earthy one is either BR-1 or BR-2.
I made the swatch on fingers coz I think it shows better.Regarding those ABC, you can refer back to the box.I forgot to label the picture..
The color is pigmented and I agree but it will looks subtle on eyelid.
The A actually looks white but it had a pink hint with it.I thought the texture is creamy but A is a bit gooey so I didn't use this much coz it will crease really bad for the rest of the shadows colors. Oh by the way, the other colors is not creamy or anything. The texture is just like the normal powdery eyeshadows.

Because the palette consists of 5 colors so here is the fifth one. From the palette, it should be labelled B and again I'm sorry for forgetting to label this.It looks subtle pink on the palette also looks subtle on eyelid.

So here is the tutorial I made.Sorry if it looks bad..I'm a newbie regarding editing this..haha
So I hope you'll understand of what I'm trying to say for each picture too..

My hands nearly broke taking all this pic since I have to re-do it so many time since some of the pictures came out blur and I really need the best one..so I re-do of the taking pictures a lot.

so here is the final picture.Sorry, my eyes wasn't pretty so it sure would looks good on everyone else..

If you need moving tutorial, watch this. I think KATE specially made the tutorial video but it is unlisted so I can't embed the video so I gave you link.

My verdicts :

LIKE ;
a. I love the colors. Although it looks very pigmented but the actual one when you apply on your lid,it looks really subtle and I'm looking this type for so long since my other eyeshadows are just too pigmented for everyday used.
b. I like the color combination in one palette. It just perfect for the whole eyes.
c. Easy to carry because it is really light and small so I can touch-up whenever I feels like.
d. Nice glitters. It was't really big and it just the right.

DISLIKE ;
a. May caused a bit of fall outs..but most eyeshadows with glitters do the same so this doesn't really bother me.
b. The *A is too gooey coz I expected it to be creamy type.So I didn't used this much although the color shows nice.
c. The price is a bit expensive ; RM59 for a palette(so please wait for sales!hehe)

I think this is really a great palette since it is perfect for the whole eyes and everyday looks. ^_^
So please give it a try.

Thanks for reading. If you like it,please share or leave a comment. Thanks~
I'll be back for more reviews after this~
