[REVIEW] COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patch - Acne patches that REALLY WORKS!

Hey guys!
It's been forever since I post a review and I said this every time too XD

The first week of Eid just passed and I actually didn't realize that my days would be so packed and I don't even have the time to write a proper review. I guess things has calmed down a little and I can sit comfortably in front of my laptop and write a review.

Before I start, I want to mention that this review is sponsored by;

They have been so kind to let me choose a few products from their homepage to try and guess what brand I chose? Yep, it's COSRX! I knew that this brand is the hype lately and of course I had been jumping into the bandwagon since last year! I never really posted a proper review about this brand before although I've been using it for sometime now and it seem that a lot of you are curious about it and did it works on my East Asian skin and "summer-all-the-year weather" here so here you go :D

Anddd before the review again, I have a discount coupon code for you from BBcosmetic!

Use this code , Z8J0SDQ8YJW for 10% off your order and they offered FREE SHIPPING too!

They have a large amount of authentic Korean Beauty products that you may want to check it and they shipped WORLDWIDE! Go ahead and check out some daily sales!

I have been using this for some time now and I could say that I have finished about 4 packets of this patches to heal my acne :D

At first I was a bit skeptical about this patch because I don't think it will magically heal your acne so soon but I was so wrong! The first time I applied this onto the skin on the night before I went to sleep and the next day it's all flat and the redness reduced! I didn't think that it was believable but that was happen to me.

Honestly I never actually wear acne patches before, I don't know why? Maybe it wasn't that interesting to me nor maybe I don't think it would work at all. After my first packet were finished, I didn't have any backup so I bought an acne patches from Watsons/Guardian store and tried it out and it doesn't work at all for me. The glue wasn't as strong as this Cosrx acne patches and it slipped off easily.

As I said, the glue for this acne patches were very strong so if you had a lot of facial hair like me, wearing it for a long time may require you to tear the patch very carefully or it's gonna grab along all those hairs and hurt you. But it wasn't nothing big, I like it like this much better than the one that slipped off easily and this won't even budge no matter what.

As a reminder, it is important that your face is thoroughly cleaned from oil or any skincare before applying the patches especially on the problem spot because the glue won't work so much as it was on clean skin. My usual flow is to apply the patches first and then apply all of your normal skincare so that it won't bother whatever that is happening under the patch.

You'll see that there is a white dot on top of your patches and it indicates that it has absorbs all the nasty things under your skin and you either have to replace new patches or not depending on acne condition. If you think that it has died down, then no more patches but if you think that it is still inflamed or has a slight bump, I recommend on putting a new patch on top.

The result may varies on what type of acne you had. Once I had a "thick skin-acne" which the patch probably can't absorb on whatever under my skin so it can't be help. But this is a rare case for me. For most of the time it does work. Some works magically overnight and some works on the forth night.

My skin before and after. This took me 2 weeks to heal properly since it was so deep. The left was actually taken after a week and it is actually bigger than that.

Thank you for reading. I have a few of COSRX products to review next so make sure to keep reading.

xoxo

[REVIEW] Etude House Play 101 Pencil #15 & #27

Hi there guys!
So I'm unable to combine reviews for these multi purpose pencils from Etude House because of the mismatched arrival. However, I'll link back to the previous post for you which I include nine swatches of the pencils here.

This two pencils are sponsored by Happie Bubbles which is a local Malaysian Korea Beauty Store that sells various Korean Beauty products! You might want to check their facebook page here. I like how bubbly their photos are :D I was asked to choose any products to review so I choose two of these pencils for that. The parcel arrived to me yesterday and I've tried the two of them since I was excited whenever a parcel arrives for me..haha

This time I tried the sharpen it but so many problems encountered while sharpening No.15 because it is so soft and the sharpener often got stuck with the product at the end making it messy.

These pencils are twistable and attached with sharpener.

I did not do the outdoor swatches picture for the previous post so here is the outdoor version. Paper swatches were kinda useless so I didn't do them this time.

The pencil is twistable and it means that you don't have to use the regular sharpener to sharpen the outer black part. They attached a plastic sharpener at the end of the pencil to sharpen the tip if needed.

I love how unique the idea of making this multi-purpose pencils as eyeshadow, lipstick and eyeliner in one. Most of my eyeshadows are came in palette or individual cases so it takes a lot of space in my pouch when I travelled. However, with these pencils types, it easily fit into my pouch and I can bring as much as I want to with varieties of colours.

No.15 - It is a glossy type which is very soft to me. It kinda easy to melt (it's hot here) and hard to sharpen because it tends to get messy a lot. I love the colour so much. It's a peachy orange and suits lips very much. Unlike No.23 that I reviewed here, this No.15 is pretty much not suitable for eyeshadows because it might creased. No.23 is less glossier and I've tried using it as eyeshadow which works for me.

No.27 - Is a glitter darker pink in colour. Honestly the poster photo is different from the real tip which you can trust the poster better because the pink wasn't as dark as the tip shown. The swatches are comparable with the poster photo and I like it that it won't smudges after it dries. It feels a little bit rough as No.44 because of the glitter but it is a really pretty colour. Suit to be an eyeshadow and it is waterproof too.

Overall, I love these pencils so much! Would love to get the blue version next :D
I definitely recommend everyone to try it :) Read my previous post for another nine colours swatches!

I used No.15 on the center of the eyelid and No.27 for the whole eyelid. No.15 is being an epic fail to be an eyeshadow even though I prep my eyes with eye primer. Sorry, I'm kinda lazy of putting mascara so I used falsies..haha..it's a bit mess there.

I rate this :

[REVIEW] Peripera Choco-Choco Brush Liner #DarkChoco

How was the cover photo?I really love the purple + pink + chocolate combi in this photo :D

Hi guys! So this time I want to review this chocolate eyeliner from peripera~
They released this choco-choco collection a few months ago and I fall in love with the brush liner since it looks like it will give a true brown colour. Anyway, I asked help from a friend to get this for me in Korea and peripera Korea kindly give me a side gift which is the peripera milky tint in purple :) (I'll be reviewing that later). If you want to get any products from this line, it was already available in selected Watson's store. You can get more information from Peripera Malaysia facebook about the availability of the product.

Product Information :
Name : Choco-Choco Brush Liner
Brand : Peripera
Production : Made in Korea
Shade : #1 Dark Choco
Weight : 0.5g

Almost tear off the label and I remember that I haven't take a picture of it..haha

The liner didn't budge although I put them under running water.

Rubbed the swatch when it is still wet and it flakes but not smudging.

I don't know why but I can't do other style of eyeliner other than this or I'll ended up looking weird..

Choco-choco line by Peripera focused on making a few brown coloured products. After the disappointment with the brown pen liner from 3CE which doesn't give my desired brown colour, I decided to try this brush liner from Peripera when I saw their ads :)

Furthermore, the Choco-choco collection were super cute to resist that I don't take much time to think of buying this. I'm not sure about the price( I forgot ) but the website shows 15,000 won which equal to RM48 (but they're having sales right now! It's 9000 won = RM28 :D)

For the colour, I notice that there is a slight red colour to it when I first applied. I think it is interesting because most brown colour have a black base or grey base to it but this is not. No smell detected from the liquid.

In the eye swatch, the liner might look lighter but you can layered it up to darken the colour. The tip of the brush is easy to use too and it makes precise line :)

This brush liner is not rubbed proof and it is not waterproof either. It can easily disappear while it is wet and rubbed. However, I like it that it is not smudging. The liquid will turn flaky when rubbed instead of smudging.

Lasting hours is about 4 hours on my oily eyelid with all the sweat-making exercises(window shopping! XD)

Overall, I really like this eyeliner. It is easy to use and apply using the brush tip.

Thank you for reading.

[REVIEW] Stylenanda 3CE Triple Shadow #BODY TO BODY

I really did put much effort in this review including the tutorial picture. I wanted to try making one for so long after a lot of request from my readers about a makeup tutorial but I'm so sorry that this isn't a full face tutorial. I hope you find it helpful to create a simple makeup look :)

I've been eyeing this eyeshadow from 3CE from sometime and that is #bodytobody because the colours combination is really pretty to me. It's quite pricey in price but it's worth every penny.
Product Information :
Name : 3 Concept Eyes Triple Shadow #Body to body
Brand : Stylenanda
Price : USD 23.45
Purchased from : HONESTSKIN
Note : Honestskin regularly do sales and I got about 2USD+ discount, if I'm not wrong.

I love the pink painted box~

It's my first time doing this tutorial so hopefully you will be able to understand. :)
Just let me know if you can't understand. It is pretty easy to do this and I don't use specific brush either.
Just to note that 1,2,3,5 and 6 are the eyeshadows from 3CE. 5 is the mix of 3CE eyshadow 3 and 4. 6 is the No.1 eyeshadow. I added a few assisting item to enhance the look.

The complete eye makeup. All photos are enlargeable so you can click the picture for better view.

All of the shadows are shimmery but I like the way that it is shimmery but the glitter is very small that it looks so beautiful. The shadows also gives and instant glowy and clean look to my eyes.

The texture of the shadows is very soft and it is so easy to use. It doesn't cause creases no matter how long I wear it but to those who have double or more eyelid fold like me, it's better if you used a primer before applying the shadow to make the colour show up better.

Pigmentation is great. I don't have to layers the shadows to get my preferred colour payoff.
No.1 is a white shimmer with a light pink base, No.2 is a gold shimmer with light orange base and No.3 is a gold shimmer with light peachy red as the base.

The shadows easily came off with only water but the shimmer will be left as residue, it's better to wipe with the tissue remover or towel will do.

Overall, I really love this eyeshadow. It really brighten up my whole look and the wear time is great too. What's important that it doesn't creased up :D I would love to get the other colours as well.

I rate this :

[REVIEW] Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint Comparison, Happy 5th Birthday Tint! #PP501 #PK002

Hi guys!
I saw spiderwebs on my blog.lol. It feels so long since I blogged though I'm somewhat active on my facebook page. If you're been following me through my facebook, then you already know my recent purchase..I'm thinking of a collective haul post but the products are troublesome to find because it's all over the place..hehe

Anyway, I'll be reviewing the Etude House Limited Edition #PP501 Lavender Purple which was released for the Fresh Cherry Tint 5th Birthday! I was so excited to see the colour released because the purple is really pretty in the ads. There is another one in orange colour but I don't fancy orange this season, not sure why though..haha

So I actually received my #PK002 tint at the same time as the limited version so I thought I want to do a comparison instead of different post each. The Fresh Cherry Tint from Etude House has been my favourite even before they changed to the new packaging. However, the new packaging as well as the new tint version is way better than the old one.

These ingredients list only can be seen on the limited edition tint box.

Love both colours!

Doe applicator.

The real colour is actually a little bit pigmented than the picture.

The scent of the both tint are pretty the same. It's sweet like cherry but it's a pleasant smell, not too overboard.

It doesn't taste as bad as other tint that I've tried and in fact this taste sweet! I can't help but to lick it..haha

The colour is pigmented and it the same colour as the outer bottle shown. However, it will turn different in different lip colour. As for me, I had a pink-red lip tone, so after a few hours, the tint would turn more to pink-red in colour. The purple especially, wasn't disappointing as it gives a healthy glow the longer I wear it :)

The tint last really long but it will gradually disappear if you drink. But still, it will leave a hint of colour like the swatch I shown above.

The price is affordable, about RM20+ for the purple, since it's a limited edition. and about RM18+ for the pink one. By the way, I got the purple one from ebay :D

Overall, they're really good! I don't have much to say since I already reviewed the red version here previously.

I rate them :

[REVIEW] Innisfree Eye Primer

Happy New Year everyone.

Sorry, it's kinda late for a post today coz I'm in between whether to put example on how this looks plus with eye shadows on my eyes or not but I ended up doing none. Let me know if any of you would like to see it, I'll try to update this and do it tomorrow.

Basically I ran out of my e.l.f cosmetics eye primer which I love so much but I never reviewed them because I always forgot to review tiny things. Innisfree is kind of rare for me coz I only ever tried their anti trouble cleansing foam and no sebum mineral powder. I still used the cleansing foam sometimes and it's has a unique  cold sensation after applying but sometimes it's kinda stings the eyes. Anyway, onto the review;

Product Information ;

Name : Innisfree Eye Primer
Production : Made in Korea
Weight : 7g
Testerkorea Price : 6,000 won
Testerkorea Sale Price : 4,200 won

The packaging is so simple.

Production date.

Urmm..sorry for the different lighting o.o''
Note : I used the EH &Rose Flowering Eyes in Blossom eye shadow.

I put these color under a running tap water. Honestly, this picture had too much light with it so it looks like it fades a lot but that's not actually the case. The color is very pigmented to begin with but it slightly fade especially the one without the primer.

I had love and hate relationship with this eye primer. It is very good in showing the true colour of the eye shadow but the texture that make it kinda bad. It takes sometime to blend the primer which I believe is the same with Etude House Eye Primer. However after the liquid dries and I put on some eye shadows on the top of it, it feels like tugging which making the application a bit harder especially with hand. If I don't properly blend it, the eye shadows looks like it is not properly applied because some place it might be a bit too much and some none. You probably could see from my swatches picture, the center looks like it had more colour that other place although I applied it the same.

Another thing, this primer would totally be fine to lightly applied eye shadows rather than too many colours on top because if I put on too much colours, then it will easily crease like you put on no primer. Well, I think it's a bit inconvenient because after all, I at least will use two or three colours for eye shadows.

The good side is this primer is useful when your eyes is wet because the color is hardly fade. It's amazing to see that the colour stays on like nothing even if I rubbed it.

I used the Etude House &Rose Flowering Eyes in 'Blossom' for the swatches on top. If you had this palette(not sure if it is only myself) but whenever I put on this colour and blended it out, it looks like I got punch or something because after blending, it looks dull and bruise-like. So after using this primer, the color doesn't change like the one in palette! I was so happy because I really wanted the same colour on the palette to be on my eyes.

Lasting hours is just so-so. As I said, I would at least used 2-3 colours in a time but this easily creased. Not really a good sight to see.

Overall, this eye primer is okay but I love my e.l.f eye primer more because it stays on longer and easily blend.

I rate this;
