• Experiment with different strengths of AHA and BHA to see which concentration gives you the best results. Consider adding a "weekly" (higher strength) AHA or BHA treatment when you want to take your exfoliation to the next level.
• Apply your AHA or BHA exfoliant around the eye area, but not on the eyelid or directly under the eye (along the lower lash line). This can help soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as enhance the penetration of anti-aging ingredients you apply after your AHA or BHA.
• If you’re using topical prescription products for rosacea or acne, apply the AHA or BHA exfoliant first, and then follow with your medications from lightest to heaviest texture. Some people will find their skin doesn’t tolerate a topical retinoid along with an AHA or BHA, but for others it can provide brilliant results, so it’s definitely worth seeing if this combination works for you.

You may get the gist now after all those notes from PaulasChoice. However, there are also different opinion about BHA or AHA exfoliant is that some says you need to wait until it is dry for 20 minutes or so on your face before you can apply the following product. In my opinion, this is depend on one's skin. In my case, I don't need to wait until AHA exfoliant dries on me because it doesn't effect my skin however I DO need to wait until my BHA dries on skin for a few minutes and then I'll apply the next product. This is because AHA didn't cause tingling sensation on my skin but BHA do.

I also find that this A-sol from COSRX need to be applied moderately if you're first time user and have sensitive skin or acne-prone skin because it might tingle your skin for quite amount of time until you're used to it. My skin requires about a month and more to adapt with the BHA exfoliant until I can't feel any tingling sensation anymore every time I applied this after washing my face.

I already used this for quite amount of time and I would definitely feel that this A-Sol definitely reduce the appearance of sebum on my skin and at the same time it locks the moisture in. The consistency is watery and I don't like using cotton pad because cotton pad soak so much of the product and I feel it is a waste. Usually I would put the liquid on my palm and just patted it on my face until it was absorbed.

Until this date, I don't have sensitive reaction to this product and I do feel that it helps to lessen my redness especially on my cheeks and the reduce the pimples appearance on my face (though I rarely get one now since I found my HG drink and it helps my face 100% free from acne or pimples :D)

and by the way, there is no fragrance in this exfoliant but there is a natural smell which smells like herbs I guess?

Overall, I would recommend this product to everyone who had troubled skin and use moderately if you're a first timer so that it can adapt to your skin before you used them madly like me now XD haha just kidding ;D

[REVIEW] A'Pieu Hair Match Browcara #Milk Brown

Hi guys! Today I'll be reviewing this browcara from A'Pieu which I guess the new repackaged? Not too sure about since the original one suppose to have the pattern on the bottle and the brush wand is slim and straight. Anyway, I just grab it from my latest favourite shop which is BeautyBoxKorea.com! This is not sponsored but in case you guys want to check them out, I wouldtotally recommend it. They're way cheaper than Testerkorea and offered those limited edition that sold in Korea which you can't see a lot of them in Testerkorea.

I decided to purchase this since I'm interested in trying the lighter color of the browcara but not blonde. I've tried a few and mostly I have the dark brown in colour which looks almost black on my eyebrow so I thought why not a change of pace? Who knows it might look good on me? XD

This came without a box but with a safety sticker like you might seen on a lot of Korean brands.

It has dual brush to the wand and I preferred the longer side because it's easy to control the amount.

The left one is the color would like after it has dried and the right picture is the waterproof and rub-proof test I did. It was actually quite good despite I'm rubbing it real hard under the running water.

This is what it looks like on me and honestly I'm lovin' it~!

I chose the #Milk Brown in colour and honestly I didn't expect it to look good on me. I feel like it gives my whole face a youthful and softer look compared to when I'm wearing the Dark Brown in colour. I initially was a bit afraid to choose a light color since it might look weird on me but this one does not. Milk brown is a colour that is more like ashy brown I guess, since it is not too dark and not too light like a lot of blonde browcara.

The browcara dries really fast on me which makes it easy for a quick makeup. It does makes the hair stays neatly throughout the day. There's also no noticeable smells to it either.

As you might seen in the above picture, this browcara have dual wand brush which a shorter and the longer side. Honestly I don't know what's the function that they make it like that but I like the longer side better since it is easy to control the amount of the liquid onto my eyebrow. The shorter side might be tricky to use and I can't control the amount I brush the liquid onto my eyebrow with this side so I usually use the shorter part to apply roughly and brush it off with the longer side.

I don't have much to say about this since it's a great browcara to me. It last long, kept my eyebrow hair in place and the best is that it looks great on me :D <3 I do recommend this browcara since it is a lot cheaper in price than a lot of browcara and the quality is nice too :)

[REVIEW] Tosowoong Makeon Princess Season 3 Gel Eyeliner

Hi guys, today I'll be sharing my opinion on this Tosowoong Gel Liner which I've seen so many people talked about this. I've been wanting to try this and thanks to Roseroseshop.com for sending me this to try! So without further ado, let's jump into the review :)

 I received this for quite some time ago and just recently I started to try them. I could say that I'm a fan of these colours as they look nice beside each other and look great for the simple eye makeup especially with a non-makeup expert like me since I barely applied on shadows except if there's an important event.

My favourite colour out of the 5 would be No.2 Glam Brown which I'm wearing it in the picture below. Honestly it doesn't look too brown to me because it looks like it has a red tone to it.

The gel liner is easy to apply and it gives plenty of shimmers with no fallouts. The brand claims that it is non-smudgeable and it was true. As you might seen, I applied it horribly in the above picture and because it is not smudging, I can't correct my terrible application. Since it is not smudgeable, I find the gel liner is easily create uneven colours when layering. I guess it would a nice liner instead on shadow even though the brand claim that it is also can be used as an eyeshadow. Another than that, it is also waterproof but not oil proof as the brand claims.

The gel liner is also non-twistable which is a bit inconvenient for me since I prefer those twisting end and require no sharpener. One reason of why I didn't like using sharpener is because this type of gel liner is usually soft inside and it will stuck to my sharpener and requires more "work" of removing the traces of gel liner from sticking onto the sharpener's blade.

Another downward of this gel liner is that mine looks a little empty inside. I don't even use it that rough but the pencil will easily broke even after sharpening. I realize that the "gel" inside doesn't look full enough to stick onto the "pencil wax(I don't know what it's called)" and making it vulnerable.

Overall, this gel eyeliner have the nicest colours out of the three limited edition of Tosowoong Gel Eyeliner set however there are some downwards to it that they can improve so that the application can be better and easier.

[HAUL] Althea Birthday Kbeauty Haul

Hey guys!

As you might have known (if you followed me on insta or my fb page), last month was the Althea.kr First Birthday Celebration and me, as one of the first Althea collab blogger feels excited that they have came a long way now :) So as for their birthday celebration, I did a haul with them but it was too bad that it was right after I made a kbeauty order so I didn't get much for this haul :(

Initially I wanted the new Laneige BB cushion however it was sold out at Althea at the time I made this order so I just picked random products to try. Most of these items are usually the one that I would not buy for my Kbeauty haul but it is interesting to have them once in a while :D

Althea frequently have special box for their events and this time it's the birthday box! (It's sold out now) but you will still get the Althea pink box every time you order with them :)

The birthday kit on the right came in with the box and they still have the giveaway going on for that :D

My mom always said that I neglect my hair too much so when I saw this I thought of why not try it. I didn't care much about my hair before because it's short and my hair was in pretty good condition. However, I started to grow my hair about the end of the last year and it's a problem since then and it is the hair fall..T_T

As you might seen, I already used the hair vinegar and I can say that it smells heavenly <3 It did made my hair softer but it did nothing for my hair fall problem. I also noticed that it tangled my hair if I don't brush it after applying the vinegar and tangl-y hair wasn't even a problem for my hair in the first place. I'm not sure if I would recommend this because I only like the smell, so probably won't be repurchasing this.

My sponge that I have were already damaged so I needed a new one. Some asked if the sponge were comparable with Beauty Blender or Real Technique which I can't tell since I never tried any from those brand coz I rarely use sponge to begin with. It's just recently I've been liking the Klairs Blemish Cream and thought the sponge works great for applying the BB cream. So far it applies nicely on me and I love it.

I also think that I might need the lip brush so I picked one from It's My brand. It's the auto lip brush which you can retract the brush. However, I actually didn't use it that much as I thought I would be XD

The Air Magic Puff from Innisfree Hankie Limited Edition. I thought I just need one as backup and guess what, right after this order arrived, a lot of my air sponge tear off while I'm washing them and it feels like they knew that I have a new air puff XD

I probably hadn't realize that I have so many primers untouched but I still picked one to buy. I have reviewed the Innisfree No Sebum Blur Primer with comparison with the original one HERE in case you want to read it.

I always wanted the Innisfree Creammellow Lipstick and when I saw the No.10 Latte color, I thought it would be a great brown for me but sadly, it is not a brown at all..more like dim brick red I'd say?

I already had the eye cream from Tony Moly that I'm trying but it's not hurt to add another one so I picked the Skin & Lab Don't Worry Wrinkle anddd it was the most disappointing purchase evah! It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dry after the liquid evaporated and made my under eye wrinkles stick to each other! wut?! I would not recommend this to anyone so don't buy it. Don't even think of wasting your money on this.

I thought I might need more mascara in my collection so I add the Missha 4D mascara. It was an okay mascara but when the bristles touches my eye when I suddenly blinked, it hurts so bad..lol

It was cheap so....

Overall, I recommend you to check out Althea for more interesting stuffs and affordable price. They have a lot of interesting kbeauty brands in list and what's great is that you get their pretty pink box for every purchase and free shipping for over RM150 order :D
