[REVIEW] Testerkorea's Real Tester : Etude House Big Cover Concealer BB

I'm back with another review in collaboration with TESTERKOREA.

As you might know from my previous review, I was selected as the first Testerkorea's Real Testers and we were given three products in a package to review.

Honestly, it's like a bigger version of usual concealer!

I'm not so sure about the applicator function of why it was shaped like that (sorry that I had too little time to read about that)

This is basically my face before and after. Almost 95% of my redness are covered.

I got too little time to properly tested this on my skin for a while so I'd say that I'm not so sure about the oil control and how long it would last however, I predicted that it would last for quite amount of time judging from its texture that absorbs into the skin right away.

It does cover very well--I really meant it, REALLY WELL. The above  picture are shown in the zoom mode but in real, you don't really see the tiny amount of redness on my face after I fully applied this on face.

The liquid dries matte and honestly, I don't like it because it is too matte that it feels dry. I would have to wear a little more moisturizer or I would mix it with moisturizer so that it doesn't feels too dry and making the application a lot more easier when it is moist.I forgot to mention that it is a little bit hard to apply in such dry state and that's why I prefer to mix it with moisturizer.

For the applicator, I don't really see any function of it compared to the other applicator, or maybe it has some benefits in which I don't read or miss out about. By the way, the above concealer is is #Beige in colour and it has fragrance like most of Etude's products.

Packaging-wise, it feels funny to see a concealer-like packaging but at the same time, it is so cute! haha

The end of my review, I'll take my time to re-try and let you know again about the oil control, lasting ability and did it cause me breakout?

Directions to Use:

I was actually surprised on how creamy the concealer is! I mean, it's not that creamy until it is hard to be apply. The concealer itself is very easy to be blended and feels cool on touch. 

In terms of coverage, I would rate it about 3/5. It is quite good although  it doesn't totally cover the whole pimples/acne/dark spots/dark circles things but at least it does blur them out like you see in the picture. 

The finish is more to semi-matte because it doesn't dry like a powder and it's not really on the hydrating side either. I like it better like this since I have creases under my eye and it would be bad if it creases really bad.

I've tried on my under eye as well and yep, it creases. Anything that fell into the creamy type will easily crease on my eyes (like lots of people do actually) except if I properly set it with powder so in order to avoid it from creasing, I set the concealer properly on my under eyes after I applied on the concealer.

I would like to mention about how soothing the formula is. The concealer doesn't breaks me out and even I think that it is "breathable" since it doesn't feel heavy on the skin because it is so light and at the same time have quite good coverage.

Color shades only available in one shade and that would be a disadvantage for people with varied skin tone. There's no variation in colors and even I admit that this concealer looks a little white on me.

Overall, it is a nice concealer to try especially to those who had blemish skin like me :D

[REVIEW] Missha Signature Extreme Cover Concealer SPF30 PA++

I seriously never thought I would make it to post any reviews this week either because my schedule is really pack and I'm still tired as the result of the orientation week on last week.

Plus, I'm kinda sick right now and everything feels really uncomfortable. This is the result of me bragging that I'm hardly fall sick entire my life and suddenly the fever streaks me.lol

There are a lot of posts that I've prepared since a month ago because I knew this day would come which I really don't have time for blogging.

Another thing, many have been asking me if I did my own blog design and the answer is no. I've posted  previously that I used a professional designer to do it for me and the recent addition by another designer that I hired. Of course, there will be a separate post for that.

Anyway, onto the review :)

I've bought this concealer for about a year now I guess but I rarely used it now because my skin is not that bad anymore. I don't know what to use this for anymore so it's always been in my drawer since then.haha

The packaging is really beautiful :)

 I took chances in the last last few weeks when I had a disorganized diet which I eat a lot of fats, oily things and prawns and this rashes appear on my face for a whole week.lol

Sorry if it grosses you out because I only wanted to show how amazing the concealer works in concealing all the imperfections on my face. Recently I always used the worser part of my skin for my reviews so that people who suffered the same thing as me can see of what are the things that I'm talking about instead of a plain review.

Although the concealer exist in two colors, 21(light) and 23(beige) --> I choose 23 but it still too light for me. So I always top it up with a darker foundation or powders to lessen the obvious color changing.

For the coverage, as you can see, it really covers all of rashes and pimples scars as well as the redness on my face.The texture is thick and I only need a very little amount of the concealer to cover my whole cheek.

The concealer does have a slight scent to it and I think it is almost similar to the Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream. Topped with the sun protection properties, this concealer used to be my favorite 'foundation' once before my face turns better now.

If you asked did this works in concealing dark circles, my answer is yes but it won't works on wrinkly under eyes like me because it accentuate the fine lines :( 

Other than that, the concealer is waterproof and stays semi-matte on my face for the whole day. 

(My skin is very oily - just to note that again)

For the price tag, I guess it's a bit pricey on my side but it's worth it because it works good in concealing and the ingredients  are safe for a skin like me.

Overall, this is really a good choice of concealer if you need extra concealing for your special day :)

[REVIEW] KATE Lasting High Coverage Liquid Foundation SPF20 PA++ & KATE Covering Concealer for Pores

So this is the continuation of reviews for the KATE products I won from SaSa giveaway.

Both products are my current HG items. With this both combination, they sure gave a very great results.

Lemme start off with the pore concealer ;

Simple packaging that came in a tube.

I left some of the residue just to show you the final look.

It should looks better on face because it lessen my redness and cover the pores.

The performance of this pore concealer is very good. Although it is white in color but it dries clear and powdery. It feels like you put nothing but it really controls the oil on my face. My foundation can stay for more hours than usual using this awesome concealer. Definitely my favorite on those but the one that I dislike for this product is the smell. The smell could be bad but thankfully it dries and the smell goes away.

Aside from that, the powdery finish that I'm talking about is really miraculous!I feel my skin is so smooth after application. But remember, because this came in a small tube, so you just have to apply them on the zone where the oil goes out more than any part of your face.

I would say that this is definitely a repurchase!

So, next is the foundation.I'm sorry that I forgot to take the upfront picture..hehe :D

I believe that the description says that I should shake the bottle before using but I always forgot to shake them..I should keep this in mind now :D

The bottle is not too big nor too small either but it is very slim and the packaging is so simple with few words on it.

Thankfully it came with a pump!Definitely hygienic!

I got the color in OC-B which the lightest among the few shades they had!

I thought to myself that this gonna be so light..oh nooo..

Aside that, foundation is watery in type and it is so easy to work with and absorb to the skin and blends very well.

It has a yellow undertone!yeay~

See..see?It blends with the skin very well!I never thought the lightest shade would suit me.

This photo is the most recent I took..sigh..how do I cleared up those redness?

Anyway, just to mention that I didn't wear the pore concealer before applying the foundation in this picture.The redness should looks lesser if I put them on.

Although it looks white but it oxidizes well on my face. It simply brighten up my face and most people notice that..I'm glad!

Overall ;

Coverage :

The coverage is good if taken the point that this is watery-like type. It is quite hard to find something watery to have such a good coverage.

Texture :

Watery. Although it is watery type but don't worry, the liquid won't sliding down on your face.It stays on hold very well.

Smell : 

No smell detected. Japanese cosmetics used to not having any smell in their products.

Staying hours :

Stays very well accompanied by the pore concealer and a bit powder about 4-5 hours on oily face. It should work better on dry skin.

Skin type :

Suit all skin types.Not too dry on dry skin and not oily at all.

Price : 

Priced at RM79.90 in SaSa Malaysia.Correct me if I'm wrong but it should be around that when the last time I saw this in SaSa. Quite expensive I know but it's worth it!

Right now I'm targeting the new Fall Collection which include a new foundation. It should be better than this.I can't wait!
